What is VARIABLE RATE spreading?

GPS soil mapping, or Earth Mapping (EM) maps various soil types across a block whilst logging the areas on GPS. Each area can have a specific spread rate applied to it to suit the needs of that particular soil type. Our spreader can process this information on the go and change the rate based off the GPS soil map. This means you are spreading exactly what your soil requires, exactly where the soil requires it.
